Do I need a server to install it on?
All of our products are developed from the ground up to be entirely hosted applications. The system runs on our securely hosted servers and is available using any web browser from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.This allows us to professionally monitor, backup and secure your system allowing you to concentrate on your business rather than maintaining your IT systems. If you prefer, we can arrange for local installation of our products.
Will my data be secure?
Your data will probably have never been so well looked after! All our applications are hosted in a state-of-the-art secure data facility, behind high grade firewalls and are actively monitored by our technical staff. All data passed to our servers is password protected and secured using SSL, the same technology Amazon use to protect your credit card data. All of your data is regularly backed-up and we can also provide you with a copy of your data at any time.
Is it complicated to use?
All our applications are designed from day one to be as user-friendly as possible, with consistently laid out, clear screens and a clean user interface. We do however understand that all new software is a bit daunting at first, and we therefore offer onsite user training and support where required. This allows your staff to call or email us if they have a problem so that we can walk them through the solution.
