In each case they were looking for a “win-win” situation whereby the supplier adds something extra to the range of services but also that the supplier standards match those of The PC Support Group.
Phil says “it is great that our franchisees can expand the range of services that they can offer to our clients but it is even more important that they can be sure that these are of a standard that our customers have come to expect from us.”
